Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

Buyzenix offers a 30-day return policy for most items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we typically cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at Buyzenix within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by the Buyzenix team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
